What type of ring materials are available?
We source a variety of materials for our rings. Standard rings available are Tungsten, Titanium, Cobalt Chrome, Stainless Steel, Damascus Steel, Black Ceramic and White Ceramic. Please reach out for any special orders, including Carbon Fiber rings, Wood rings, Sterling Silver, Gold Tungsten, Hammered Tungsten.
What are the differences between the ring materials?
The Tungsten rings tend to be the heaviest and darkest of the silver rings. The Titanium rings are the lightest and a medium silver color. The Cobalt Chrome is the brightest white silver and is probably the most scratch resistant.
Care instructions
* Inlay rings should not be cleaned using an ultrasonic cleaners
* Clean with warm water and a mild detergent
* You can gently buff you ring with a polishing cloth
* Avoid rough surfaces or manual activities as the rings can be scratched
Sizing details
Our rings are standard US ring sizes, available in 1/2 sizes, starting from size 4 to 13, depending on availability. You may use an existing ring to determine your ring size, or a plastic ring sizer is also available if you are unsure of your ring size but it is not as accurate as a previously sized ring or a jeweler. If you require a ring that is smaller than size 4 or larger than size 13 please contact us as we do take special orders.
Custom and personalized orders
Engraving is available on select ring materials and select ring sizes as an add on service. Please purchase the Engraving service after confirming if engraving is available for the ring you are ordering. When ordering multiple rings, please specify which message is to be engraved on which ring. Engraving Services are available under the "Services" section or our shop.
Can you make a custom ring for me? Can I pick the colors of the opals or other inlay ideas?
Yes! Please reach out by messenger, social media or email at info@phidelitydesign.com and let us know what you are interested in. We would be happy to work with you to design a unique ring with your own color(s) and style.
What is your return & exchange policy?
At Phidelity Design, we strive to make sure you are as happy as can be with your new ring. While we generally do not accept returns or exchanges on custom made rings, if you feel you need to exchange your ring after receipt, please contact us to discuss the exchange.
Due to the custom nature of these rings, there is a materials fee for all accepted exchanges. We do not accept exchanges if you ordered the wrong ring size, so please be sure of your ring size before you order.
If there is ever anything wrong with you order please let us know and we will work to address it to your satisfaction!
