 "The ring is absolutely gorgeous! I got a ring custom made to have a rose gold base with an opal inlay. We had some problems with shipping. The first try went missing in Florida with USPS, the second try got messed up in the Dutch mail and got returned to America by the Dutch mail.

Brad is the best person I have ever had the pleasure of working with. He has been understanding and helpful throughout the entire thing and has even remade the ring twice to get it to me as soon as possible. We ended up shipping the ring with DHL, which worked out great!
